Hi, I'm HalfofBilly. I'm a hobbyist animator who specialises in 2D digital hand-drawn animation. My style focuses less on the individual detail of each frame, and moreso on the overall fluidity of the animation.

> Commissions may be used in any personal capacity (i.e., profile pictures, personal prints, etc). Credit is not neccessary but is appreciated.
> Commissions may also be used in semi-commercial contexts (such as an avatar for monetised videos/streams). In these cases some credit is expected.
> Commissions may not be used in strictly commercial contexts (i.e., selling prints featuring artwork).
> Unless specifically requested otherwise, commissions may be displayed on this site and any social medias (including accounts that may not exist yet).
> I have the right to deny any commission requests for whatever reason.
> You have the right to request updates regarding commission progress at any point, and are eligible for a full refund if a paid commission if not completed within a month following payment.
> Refunds may be only offered if the piece has not yet been started, or as per the terms above.
PRICING:
Prices are estimates for the complete animation. May increase or decrease depending on complexity of request.
Overall prices are subject to change in the future. This will not impact existing commissions.

To begin a commission, please send a request with the following details: *required
> commission type *
> reference images *
> details regarding animation (action, pose, expression, looping, etc) *
> details regarding background (will be transparent by default, but I can do coloured or abstract backgrounds for no additonal cost)
> whether or not you'd like your commission displayed publicly

I will then send you a response with a final price, and an example of your character drawn by me. If you are satisfied, then you may make the payment and I will begin the commission.
The commission will likely take 1-2 weeks to complete. During which you may enquire at any time regarding progress. I may also periodically message you for feedback and changes.
Upon completion, I will send you a .gif file of the animation. You may also request individual frames or unshaded/uncoloured variations (if you ordered coloured/shaded).
If you ever lose your copies of the commission. Please message me and I can resend them to you.
